Contacting 7Search is Easy!

Do you know how easy it is to contact a 7search Service Rep? I do. And the answer is: Very easy.  

The Support Staff gets in the office bright and early, 7:00 AM CST, and they leave as the sun makes its way towards the west, 5:30 PM CST. During those business hours the staff is always answering phone calls from both Advertiser and Affiliates for an array of questions. Even if they’re tied up with another call, voicemails are replied to as soon as possible. The 7search Support Staff also replies to emails, which are normally responded to within 90 minutes.

But the best, and in my opinion easiest, way to contact a Service Rep is through our live chat feature. If you’re an Advertiser, the live chat tool is located right on your account’s Dashboard. Affiliates can access it right from their account as well by selecting the ‘Support’ tab at the top of their account interface.  

Once you click on the live chat icon, it only takes a few seconds for a Service Rep to greet you. It’s that simple. There is no time limit, no character limit, no question you can’t ask.

The live chat tool will allow us to:
  • Quickly validate your credit card
  • Walk you through new features
  • Explain our online reports
And it’s not just limited to the items mentioned above. Go ahead and ask our knowledgeable Support Staff any question you might have and get an answer right on the spot.
